Remove the sample data and populate the template file by copy/pasting applicable columns from your Shelby Systems exported file(s).Click the category on the left that you'd like to import (e.g.Select File -> Save As. -> Comma Delimited.Within Shelby Systems, navigate to Contributions -> Reports.You should now be back at the main report menu.Next (Print All Profiles with Description).Select No to the question,"Do you have any other report formats to select?".Go through the printing options, check the desired fields.However, theres a simple solution to ensure your zip codes appear correctly. This happens because Excels default formatting removes those zeros. Check Include Field Names in First Record.
